Can I upgrade, downgrade, and cancel?
Yes. You can change your paid plan or even cancel at any time from your account panel. Note : Upgrading to higher plan is automatically prorated but we don't provide prorated refunds for downgrades or cancellations.
How does the 14 days free trial work?
You will got a full featured trial for 14 days for free. No credit card required upfront. After your trial ends you will choose the plan that fits your needs.
What will happen if my requests count goes beyond the request limit?
It can happen to anyone , you can get a peek in requests , good marketing or got featured on techcrunch ;) .
In all cases you deserve better security so the security will be applied to all requests you have but we will notify you that you are exceeded your limit and you need to upgrade .. and you will have a 10 days window to upgrade your plan or adjust back your requests.
How do you define a request ?
A request is a normal HTTP request processed through our SDK . Which is normally equal a user page view to your web application.
