Customers:
Those who register on their own or on behalf of an entity or organization to use any of the Shieldfy Services.
End Users:
Individuals who visit our Customers websites and whose information we process in order to provide the Services to our Customers pursuant to our agreements with them.

This Policy does not apply to our Customers websites, which may have their own terms and privacy policies. Our Customers are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Information We Collect

For personal information We normally will collect personal information from you only where:
    (a) We have your consent to do so
    (b) Where we need your personal information to perform a contract with you (e.g. to deliver the Shieldfy Services you have requested)
Please note that in most cases, if you do not provide the requested information, Shieldfy will not be able to provide the requested service to you.

What we collect :-
Website Visitors
We collect general info included but not limited to IP Address , Location , Browser informations . This info is used for only study the behaviour of our user to optimize our content and website pages.
Customers
We collect the same general info that we collect in website visitors plus personal information like name and email in order to communicate with customer better.
End Users
The SDK collect information regarding IP Address , Browser and Request info in order to process and look for attacks and dangerous activities. That information will hit our servers when it detect attack in order to display it to our customers in the our dashboard. but for normal end users the only information that hits our servers is just general info included but not limited to IP Address , Browser information and customer website url that they visit, And this information has retention timeout of 1 hour of no activity and after that it automatically deleted permanently.

3. Data protection

We take security very seriously , We take a lot of security measures to ensure data security. Our servers is in protected data center , and it protected against major attacks. Also our code reviewed audited against vulnerabilities and weakness.Also every request to our servers is done via Highly encrypted SSL.

4. Third Party Services

We use a select number of trusted external service providers for certain technical data analysis, processing. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and security standards.

5. Your Data, Your Rights

Website Visitors, and Customers:
You have the right to access, correct, update, export, or delete your personal information. You may email us at privacy@shieldfy.io with any such subject access requests , and we will respond within thirty (30) days. Customers also can access, correct, export, or update their Account Information by editing their profile or organization record at shieldfy.io.

End Users:
Shieldfy has no direct relationship with End Users. We rely upon our Customers to comply with the underlying legal requirements for subject access requests. If an End User requests that we access, correct, update, or delete their information, or no longer wishes to be contacted by one of our Customers that use our Services, we will direct that End User to contact the Customer website(s) with which they interacted directly. Our Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to their website users.

You may manage your receipt of commercial communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of such emails, or you may send a request to privacy@shieldfy.io
